Chin Up Bars: Techniques to Grab a Door Pull Up Bar

Pull up bars are incredible. Let's talk for a second why this is true. If you want to get one, we'll cover that too. We'll talk, of course, about how you can use the bar. I know you'll love them, because almost everyone does -- super popular stuff, here. I've seen incredible results though I've had one about a year.
